Helping people move forward, one home at a time

I grew up in Northern Virginia and raised my children here, and I’ve spent my career helping people buy, sell and settle into homes across Fairfax County, Arlington County and Prince William County, from Springfield, Burke and Fairfax Station to Lorton and Alexandria.

To me, real estate is about the changes in people’s lives: a first home, a growing family, a new job, a quieter next chapter. I take that seriously. My clients tell me they appreciate my steady approach and my attention to detail, and I work hard to keep every step clear and organized.

My path here wasn’t typical. I’ve spent more than 25 years around real estate, in title and settlement work, construction and design before I became an agent. My background in construction and renovations helps me spot things other people might miss, whether that’s a potential problem or an opportunity to make a home even better. I’ve also built relationships with contractors and tradespeople I trust.

One of my favorite things is helping people see the potential in their homes. Between my construction background, eye for design, and the advanced AI tools I’ve learned to use, I can create surprisingly realistic renderings of what a space could look like. We’re talking more than virtual staging: different finishes, fireplace redesigns, kitchen updates, and detailed changes to your actual home. It’s become something of a specialty of mine, and I love using it to help clients see what’s possible before they commit to making changes.

When I’m not working, I’m usually with my husband, David, our family and our dog, Stu, often on a trail or near the water somewhere in the region.
